RETURNS POLICY
 

The Company will let you return products within seven days of the date you received them, in accordance with Best Brand SA return policy.

 

·        Items can be returned if they are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly delivered or where the customer changes their mind within the parameters set out in the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

·        All returns need to be in its original packaging, with all original accessories and/or parts. The customer will be liable for courier charges of return of items incorrectly handed over.

  • On delivery of the goods to the delivery address, the person taking delivery at the delivery address or at any other place of delivery will be required to confirm acceptance of the delivery by signing the accompanying delivery slip.

·        If the client is for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased they may return it and will be refunded the product price paid at checkout. Return of the product is at your own cost, and can be send to the warehouse address: Unit 2 Midrand Central Business Park Halfway house Midrand, Johannesburg 1685

·        A copy of the proof of purchase must be included with the parcel which is to be returned in the original packaging.
